This week is going to feel heavy and we will be processing heavy emotions with Mercury stationing direct while the Sun and Pluto are conjoined in the same sign of Capricorn. This Mercury retrograde was about learning how you block yourself from being authentic and I share an authentic energy practice using a childhood picture of yourself.
