She has been working in the entertainment industry since 2014, starting out on talk shows with The Ellen DeGeneres Show, then later The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. She moved into assisting high-profile talent in the film and television world and is currently pursuing an MFA degree in Writing and Digital Storytelling from The New School. Meg was also reality TV star Bethenny Frankel's (from RHONY) personal assistant for a year and she tells us what it was like working with Bethenny, as well as the other stars. He gives us the rundown about what clients and hairstylists can expect when going back to the salon and we discuss different ways empaths can protect and cleanse their energy during these hectic times. David tells us how he found his spirituality and how through that process he ended up finding how he could live his most authentic life. David has a divorce and drug addiction under his belt but has used those painful experiences to fuel his drive for self-love and happiness. On today's episode, I chat with Leslie Sobol @Raven.Hearth in Los Angeles. Leslie is a classical singer, witch, and healer. Her business is called Ravens.hearth, a creative space for healing, self-care, and lots of magical goodness. Leslie was raised on and off by a mother with severe mental illness and she never met her father. That deep and painful void followed her around until she tried to commit suicide at the age of 40. The suicide attempt ended up being her greatest spiritual awakening and started her path to healing herself and helping others heal their darkness. Although Leslie found true love in her 40's, her road to love was also filled with a lot of dark days also. The last painful relationship she had was with an addict who was addicted to Robitussin. At the time, Leslie was successful in the Classical music world but was living in motels due to her partner's addiction behind the scene. Leslie opens up about these parts of her story and so much more on this episode.

Today's episode I sit down with my girl Nikki DiGiorgio @tri.cki. The moment I met Nikki 8 years ago she has struggled on and off with Heroin addiction. There were many times in my life where I was sure it was going to be the last time I saw her. Well, Nikki has made a MAJOR life turn around after a few spiritual awakenings that we talk about. One of them is where she was locked in the hole in jail and learned to meditate. On this episode, we talk about being homeless on the streets of Philly, addiction, unhealed pain that leads to drugs, spiritual awakenings, witchy things, and so much more. Nikki is an incredibly talented musician, artist, witch, friend, girlfriend, aunt, and daughter. This is a DO NOT MISS episode because she brings the hope that we all need.

Tom is a Global Barber Director for Keune, Author, Creator of The Lions Barbers a Nonprofit Streamlining the progression in Men's mental health in Europe. Tom has a documentary coming out called "1.7 Million Haircut" where he talks about the loss of his friend to suicide, which is what started the nonprofit and his never-ending fight to help end male suicide. This is a MUST listen to for men especially those dealing with mental health issues. Today we have Meg Conkling, the owner and founder of Curly Hair Alchemist Studio in Dobb's Ferry, ed Curls HoldNYC, on the show. Meg is a curly hair specialist and creator of an online classroom call Magic Blueprint. On this episode, we talk about how she teaches women to have confidence in their hair and how to find "the silent" in yourself. Meg has done many spiritual retreats on beautiful islands, only to actually find her spirituality when medical issues brought her to her knees.
